What began as a partnership to share Craft Stories—the lives and inspirations of working artists—grew into the award-winning feature film A Handmade Life. We envision this as just the start of the League’s work with Windwood Productions to preserve the history of our organization and demonstrate the value of the handmade.

 The film’s director, Ian Scura of Windwood Productions, was named Filmmaker of the Year at the 2024 NH Film Festival. The film is now scheduled to air on NHPBS in April (see viewing dates and times HERE).
